Connecting Europe’s Summits with Premium Audio Solutions

 

Thrilled to support multiple summits for major global tech companies once again! Working alongside our trusted repeat partners, we delivered premium Silent Conference experiences across Europe – delivering almost 100,000 headphones and fully immersive experiences for every attendee.

Immersion at Scale

 

Silent Conference delivered seamless audio in Lisbon with 9,000 Zed headphones across 48 different zones and 3 arenas. This setup allowed attendees to move freely between sessions while staying fully immersed and maximised engagement.

Orchestrating 37 Zones of Audio

 

For our largest event of the year – a complex, multi-stream conference on a racecourse in Newcastle – we provided over 2,785 headphones to be used across 37 sprint areas, a critical service given the lack of solid infrastructure and the need to minimise noise pollution.

Engineering Immersive Simultaneous Activations

 

Silent Conference created an immersive audio experience at the Diageo World Class Global Teams Finals 2025, equipping guests with over 500 Zed headphones to tune into live challenges across multiple bars simultaneously. This innovative setup enhanced guest flow and allowed multiple activations to run side by side without interference.

Introduction of our incredible Zed Headphones

 

At the start of 2025, Silent Conference launched the Zed Headphones, our next generation wireless audio solution, designed for a more sustainable future in event technology.

For the first time, event organisers could deliver over 50 audio channels simultaneously, enabling multilingual sessions, parallel presentations, and complex audio setups like never before.

Designed with input from expert RF consultants, AV professionals, event organisers and headphone users themselves, Zed headphones feature:

• Sustainable rapid-swap batteries for uninterrupted use

 

• Smart Batterysense indicator to further streamline event logistics

 

• New vibrant LED light options

 

• Ultrasoft earpads for all-day comfort

 

• Customisable branding

   

By the end of the year, we unveiled the new and improved iteration of the Zed headphones – the Zed Pro.

This new and improved model further builds on client feedback and industry collaboration to deliver even more innovative, market leading features for the conference and events sector with several key advancements:

• Enhanced frequency and superior audio clarity

 

• 50+ channels of premium audio across three frequency bands: 500-555MHz, 600-670MHz and 820-850MHz

 

• Innovative audible channel ID feature, making headphones more accessible for users with visual impairments

 

• Numeric channel indicator, shown on the LCD screen on the side of the headphones, allowing for better zone identification

 

• 14 LED colours for branding purposes.
